The purpose here is to cut test samples out of a rolled plate.
The line consists of a hydraulic shear, a transport system to feed the shear and two FANUC handling robots to take out the samples and transfer them to the automated warehouse.
The hydraulic shear is fully designed and manufactured by Van Landuyt. The plate thickness handled is a maximum of 45 mm.
